All of our house wash services are soft wash services. A soft wash process means that the chems/soaps work to remove algae, mold, lichen and dirt from the siding instead of using pressure. After the chems/soaps dwell on the siding for a few minutes it is rinsed off with low pressure. No pressure washing company should be using pressure to clean vinyl siding!
